    The planning committee for the annual meeting of the Oregon and Washington Chapters of the American College of Surgeons is proud to announce the winners of the Oregon ACS abstract awards for 2026:

    1st Place: Courtney Vaughn, Resident, OHSU - Steroid administration and delayed reduction of pediatric intussusception: An interim analysis.

    2nd Place: Tatiana Jenkins, Medical Student, OHSU - Case Report: Feasibility of video-assisted thoracoscopic thymectomy in giant thymoma.

    3rd Place: McKenzie Hopfer, Medical Student, OHSU - Case Report: Feasibility of video-assisted thoracoscopic thymectomy in giant thymoma.
